If components are missing, damaged, or the wrong parts was sent, customer must notify us by email within 10 days after delivery.

Returns will be handled in either the following ways:

  • Exchange (if in stock)
  • Refund (if not in stock)

Return Policy

  • Buyers must notify in writing of any shortages, damage, or defects within 10 days of the date delivered. Returns due solely to customer preference or error will normally be accepted only if pre-authorization and the return goods must be received within 30 days of the date delivered. All return will be subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of (for orders shipped within Hong Kong, typically 15% plus shipping costs. Orders shipped outside Hong Kong or unusual restocking situations may vary).
  • Parts specified as Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR) at the time of quote or sale is not returnable, as those parts are purchased from a manufacturer specifically on your behalf and may not be returnable by us to the manufacturer.
  • Return freight/shipping charges must be pre-paid by the Buyer; we will not accept freight collect shipments. We will apply an appropriate restocking fee at our discretion, plus shipping costs for the following situations:
    1. Products are returned without pre-authorization from or
    2. Any refused delivery from buyer.
    3. Products that were shipped as Non-Cancellable or Non-Returnable will be held and awaiting your instructions for 10 days only. After which may deem the products abandoned and dispose of them, with nocredit to your account.
  • Credit for returned items will be issued at the discretion of after inspection by our Receiving Department. Only products originally shipped from will be accepted as returns. All returned products should be in the original packaging and in unused condition (except defective). ESD or moisture sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions (except defective). To facilitate inspection of shortages, damages, or defects, we may require additional information from the customer, such as descriptions, photos, testing report or other cooperation. Factory defects may require additional time for inspection by the manufacturers, and some parts may need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer.
