Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been submitted which includes your "WEB-SO" sales order number. You can also login online and make sure your order says "Submitted".

6. Will I receive a tracking number for my order? +-

Once the shipping carrier you selected takes possession of your order, you will receive an e-mail that includes both your tracking number and your sales invoice. Please note that some email providers occasionally misidentify emails of this sort and route them to a Bulk or Junk Mail folder.

In most instances, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been submitted. If this happens to be the case, you can return your order to us when it arrives and then be refunded once the parts have been received.

The majority of inventory listed includes date codes in the item level details. However, about 20% of the items published do not include date codes. These items usually have date codes within the last 2 years or newer. We are working with the suppliers who currently do not provide date code information to develop a process by which we can acquire this data so that we can include date code information on every part listed on our site.

2. What is the delivery time and cost? +-

Orders are typically delivered from Hong Kong within 5-7days, depending on location and time of order.

  • There is free delivery to Hong Kong on orders of USD650 or more. A delivery charge of USD10 will be billed on all orders less than USD650.
  • For shipping overseas, a Flat rate shipping is provided for your selection. Customers who have orders destined for countries where Flat rate shipping is not available will benefit from our negotiated rates with Fedex for the service selected at checkout. Freight charges will be added to the final invoice.

  • Usieonline.com is able to ship the parts using your shipping account for FedEx or DHL services.

4. Why has my order not been shipped? +-

There are several possible reasons for a shipping delay, including:

  • Further review for export compliance
  • Additional processing times for custom clarification for value-added items uponcustomer requirements such as date code, continuous strip, etc.
  • Unpredictable situations. For example, weather or traffic control, etc. (If we have delay in shipping your package due to weather, a notice will be posted on the Usieonline.com website at time of order and you will receive an email that your shipment was delayed.)

5. What should I do if I haven't received my package? +-

If you haven't received your package within your selected delivery times, please verify the expected delivery date with the supplied tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation email.
